Legal notice and site ownership

DrinkMasterPro is a cocktail recipe library with an ingredient finder, published in English, Spanish, German and French at drinkmasterpro.com.

Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) requires any website providing online services to identify its owner permanently, easily, directly and free of charge. These are the details that belong here:

Name or company name	TODO_PROPIETARIO: full legal name of the site owner.
Tax ID (NIF / NIE / CIF)	TODO_PROPIETARIO: tax identification number.
Address	TODO_PROPIETARIO: publishable postal address.
Email	TODO_PROPIETARIO: working contact email. No address is published here on purpose: inventing a mailbox nobody reads is worse than declaring the gap.
Activity	Editorial content about cocktails and affiliate links to barware and glassware. The service is free, has no user accounts, sells nothing directly and charges readers nothing.
Country	An individual based in Spain. The site operates under Spanish and European Union law.

Those four gaps are the only identity details missing from the site. They are inventoried in docs/legal-checklist.md so the owner can supply them in one pass.

• Cocktail recipes with exact measures, calculated strength and a described method.
• An ingredient finder that matches recipes to the bottles you already have.
• Content in four languages: English, Spanish, German and French.
• Links to barware, glassware and tools. Some are Amazon affiliate links: if you buy through them I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
• Aggregate, anonymous visit analytics, to see which recipes are actually useful.

The site is free. It sells no product or service directly, it has no sign-up and it never processes payment data.

The site is published as static content through Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), acting as hosting provider and content delivery network (CDN).

Cloudflare keeps the technical request logs (IP address, time, requested resource and user agent) needed to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. How those records are handled is described in the privacy policy.

The texts, the recipes written for this site, the design, the navigation structure and the code are the work of the DrinkMasterPro project. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of all or part of it for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior written permission.

• Photographs come from commercial stock libraries (Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay) and are used under their licences. Credits are recorded in docs/image-credits.md.
• If you hold rights over something published here and believe its use is wrong, tell me and it will be corrected or removed.
• You are welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution, as long as the content is not presented as your own.

DrinkMasterPro takes part in the Amazon EU Associates Programme. As a participant in the programme, I earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through the affiliate links marked on the site, which carry the tracking tag drinkmaster-21.

• You pay exactly the same price as if you had reached Amazon on your own: there is no surcharge for you.
• Affiliate links are marked up with rel="sponsored nofollow" and open in a new tab.
• A commission never changes what a recipe says, which ingredients it uses or the technique it describes.
• Amazon is an independent third party: the purchase, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are governed by Amazon's own terms, not by this site's.

Owner-facing warning: the Amazon Associates programme forbids affiliate links in ebooks, PDFs and email. Any downloadable product or newsletter must link to a page on this site, never straight to Amazon. See docs/legal-checklist.md for how this affects the ebook plan.

Recipes are written and cross-checked against published sources and standard bar ratios, but they are offered as guidance only: they are not professional bartending training and not medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

• Alcohol by volume and calorie figures are estimates, not laboratory measurements.
• The content is for adults of legal drinking age in their own country. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
• I am not responsible for how the published information is used, nor for the effects of preparing or drinking the drinks described.
• Outbound links are provided as references. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
• The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for technical reasons outside the project's control.

By browsing this site you agree to use the information lawfully, not to attempt to alter, overload or gain unauthorised access to the infrastructure serving it, and not to mass-extract the content for republication.

The site has no comments and no user accounts, so it holds no third-party generated content. If you want to send a correction, the next section explains how.
