Bloody Mary

The original brunch cocktail and legendary hangover cure. Vodka, tomato juice, and a complex array of spices in a drink that's practically a meal.

01 Ingredients

Vodka 1.5 oz
Tomato Juice 3 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
Worcestershire Sauce 2 dashes
Tabasco 3-5 dashes
Celery Salt pinch
Black Pepper pinch
Celery stalk & lemon garnish

Rim a tall glass with celery salt.

Fill the glass with ice.

Build all ingredients directly in the glass.

Roll the drink between two glasses to mix without over-diluting.

Garnish with celery, lemon wedge, and any desired extras.

The Bloody Mary: King of Brunch

Created at Harry’s Bar in Paris around 1921 by bartender Fernand Petiot, the Bloody Mary was originally called the “Bucket of Blood.” It was refined in New York at the King Cole Bar.
